| What IS Lutheran Campus Ministry? |
| Lutheran Campus Ministry is ministry on University campuses, with university students who are involved in all aspects of that ministry. It is the Church on campus; it is the ELCA speaking to Universities, and Universities having an avenue to address the church. It is over a hundred years old – starting in MADISON in 1907. Lutheran Campus Ministry is Word and Sacrament. It is service and evangelism. It is present leaders and future leaders. It is social activities and friendships. It is faith growing as learning grows. It is having fun and sharing burdens. It is the way our church opens avenues to Christ on university campuses all over the country – and on this campus in Madison. A dynamic presence for over a century!
