Students

College day is going to be a day to experience college life. This is not just for students planning on going to UW–Madison. We will be talking about all of college life, adjusting to the dorms, living on your own, what to expect from classes, and our faith life. We want to answer any questions you may have.

The Campus Life sections of the day have your choice of what to do. We are doing a tour of the Dorms for one and tours of different part of campus for the other. Your options for which part of campus include:
  • Engineering / Physical Sciences
  • Humanities
  • Natural Sciences
  • Pre-Med / Veterinarian
  • Education
During these tours we will be answering any and all questions. Where we put all our stuff in the dorm rooms, or how we coped with the higher stress level college professor expect from you. Any question you can think of, we’ll answer it.

The other section, College Life and Faith Life, we will be talking about the Lutheran Student Movement, and Lutheran Campus Ministries. We’ll also talk about how our faith has impacted us, how we became part of the Lutheran Church on campus, and why we remained in the faith.

If you students have any questions, you may email either Casey or Mike with them. We are both students attending the University of Madison, and we would be happy to answer any questions.
Mike: fank@wisc.edu or
Casey: ccardinal@wisc.edu
